How much does SumiCloud™ cost?

Use of the app is free of charge. However, in order to connect your splicer to the app, a Wireless SD card option is required. If you do not own one, please purchase one from your local distributor.

Which splicers can I use SumiCloud™ with?

Any splicer on the splicer product page with the SumiCloud™ Icon is compatible.

What are the system requirements for the SumiCloud™ app?

iOS 11 or higher, or Android 6.0 or higher is required.
*Android phones and OS may have manufacturer-specific modifications which effect the fucntionality of some features. (information as of 2023 August 1st)

Do I need to create an account to use the app?

You can use a guest account to use some features of the SumiCloud app. However, creating an account will unlock features such as using the lock features from multiple phones.
*If your organization is using SpliceManager, an account invite will be sent from your organization to you, creating an account on the app will not be neccesary.

What countries can I use the app in?
