Lynx-CustomFit™ prevents errors in orientation, the sequence of operations, and the placement of parts.
Bubbles inside the protection sleeve for the fusion splice can negatively impact the splice quality. The air vent on the ferrule ensures the reliable release of air when shrinking the protection sleeve, preventing the occurrence of bubbles inside the sleeve that could adversely affect connector performance.
Moreover, the hollow space within the flange disperses and alleviates stress on the fiber during the contraction of the protection sleeve, ensuring a structure that prevents losses and breakages.
The packaging has been designed with attention to detail, ensuring that even the delicate exposed glass portions of the optical fiber can be safely set into the fusion splicer in the cleanest of states.

Using Lynx-CustomFit™ eliminates the need to do presurvey work and order custom assembly lengths. Simply pull in cable runs from a bulk cable spool as needed and install Lynx-CustomFit™ on both ends.
SOLUTION - 02
With conventional cable assemblies, there are cases where the route length and cable length do not match, resulting in excess length that requires careful wiring. With Lynx-CustomFit™, connectors are assembled on-site to cables of precisely the right length, eliminating unnecessary excess length.
SOLUTION - 03
When pulling fiber cables through cable ducts, connectors attached to cable terminals can get caught in the duct, making it difficult to pull smoothly and leading to connector damage. With Lynx-CustomFit™, the connector is attached after pulling the cable through the cable duct, reducing pulling time and preventing connector damage.
SOLUTION - 04
If your optical fiber patch cord experiences connector failure or high losses, Lynx-CustomFit™ can be used to easily replace existing connectors on site. There is no need for re-purchasing optical patch cords or laying new cables through cable ducts.
