We continually strive to improve our statistical process control along with the implementation of stringent quality control standards. In addition, we apply advanced automated inspection technology when process capability cannot be guaranteed to protect our customers from suspect material flow out.

KPMC achieved Ford's Q1 status in 2002 and has proudly maintained this level of achievement every year. In 2018, we were also recognized as one of the top suppliers to Ford Chihuahua for maintaining zero defects in product shipped to this location.
KPMC has been recognized year after year by Toyota North America for our excellence in quality performance.
In 2018, KPMC received a quality award from Jatco, the supplier of continuously variable transmissions to Nissan, for Zero Claims and Zero PPM.
