We interviewed Mr Mika Joutsila, the CEO of our distributor BCC in Finland. They have been a knowledgeable distributor of our fusion splicers for nearly 20 years, providing not only sales of our products but also excellent maintenance services.

In the harsh winter cold of Finland, he says fibre installation is carried out even at -10 degrees Celsius. According to him, our fusion splicers perform exceptionally well in these cold conditions, and customers are very satisfied. He also highlighted another strength of our fusion splicers regarding SumiCloud™: 'That's a very nice tool for knowing what the process is and how well the machine is working.'
