POINT01Low transmission loss

By using low dielectric constant/low dielectric loss tangent fluororesin materials, we can achieve low transmission loss FPCs at high frequencies.
In the frequency band of 5G millimeter wave and automotive radar, comparing the insertion loss with FPCs using other companies' materials, the transmission loss of our FLUOROCUIT™ (fluoropolymer FPC) is reduced.

POINT02Thin and narrow pitch

The thickness of the 3-layer FPC is 300-400um. If multiple coaxial cables are replaced with FPC, they can be combined into 1pcs.
In terms of space, it`s about 80% thinner and 20% narrower in pitch than AWG34 coaxial cable.

POINT03Excellent gains
as an antenna

A fluororesin substrate and a liquid crystal polymer (LCP) substrate were made with almost the same dimensions, and a 2×2 antenna array was formed. When the antenna characteristics were measured using the general relative gain measurement method (only the patch size was fine-tuned to match the dielectric constant), it was found that the antenna performance was 1.5 times higher than that of the liquid crystal polymer (LCP).
