- - Development of copper
alloy materials for press fit pins - - Offers high conductivity;
supports high current and large size.
Enables more compact size for
same current design.
- Silver plating on copper
core
- Φ0.3-1.8mm is available
(If you are interested in other size range,
please contact us.)
- Equivalent tensile strength and elongation to the core material even after plating. The tensile strength increases when skin pass or nickel underplating is added.
- You can select hardness of copper core.

Example of soft-wire characteristics
(core diameter Φ1.5mm, sliver plating thickness 2μm)
- Nickel plating on aluminum core underplating and tin plating
- Realizes superior connection without influence of oxidation film
- Smooth surface
- Plating adhesion that withstand self-diameter winding
- Same corrosion resistance as tin
Aluminum / Tin Plated Aluminum wire
- Same density as aluminum wire without plating
- One-third the density, 60% the conductivity and 40% weight to tin-plated copper wire while maintaining electrical contact performance
