Silver Plated Copper Wire

Structure

- Silver plating on copper
core
- Φ0.3-1.8mm is available
(If you are interested in other size range,
please contact us.)

Cross-section view of silver plated copper wire
Features
- The wire surface is covered with fine silver plating
- Silver plating layer offers superior adhesion to the copper core
Options
- Smooth surface by skin pass
- Improved heat resistance by nickel substrate plating
Characteristics

- Equivalent tensile strength and elongation to the core material even after plating. The tensile strength increases when skin pass or nickel underplating is added.
- You can select hardness of copper core.
