Many parts processing companies mainly in the automotive industry have been branching out into Mexico, and the local demand for cutting tools is expanding. Our company has been supplying our products to Mexican customers through SCI. To further enhance our technical services and broaden our market in Mexico, we have set up a local sales company there.
The new company will deal with carbide drill bits and cemented-carbide or cubic- boron-nitride (CBN) indexable inserts, as well as steel tools manufactured by Master Tool LLC, acquired by our company last year. By offering an abundant product lineup and substantial technical services, the new company will expand its market share in Mexico.
