Sumitomo Electric Industries, Ltd.

Sumitomo Electric Industries, Ltd. announced that it has reached a basic agreement with Sumitomo Bakelite Co., Ltd. to acquire all the shares of its flexible printed circuit (FPC) manufacturing subsidiary Sumitomo Bakelite Vietnam Co., Ltd.
