3. Reason for relocation, etc.- Because the Akasaka Center Building, which Sumitomo Electric is currently using as its Head Office (Tokyo), is expected to be rebuilt by the building’s owner, Kanden Fudosan Co., Ltd., the Company decided to relocate its head office in Tokyo.
The functions of the Head Office (Osaka) and the Head Office (Tokyo) will not change as a result of the relocation.
