APPLICATION

This wire can be used for the application in a fuel tank. Especially it is suitable for the lead wires of a fuel pump and the lead wires of a fuel level sensor. It's lowcost compared with fluoroelastomer.

DESCRIPTION

*Fuel resistance

Insulation is our special cross-linked PE by irradiation to get great resistance for fuel(gasoline, light oil, gasohole).

*Heat resistance

------

Heat resistance classification is 100°C, complied with JASO D608-92.

Heated at 120°Cfor 168 hours and bent ; Withstand AC 1000 V for 1min.

HEAT RESISTANCE II

Bent(self-diameter) and heated at 200°Cfor 30 min. Not Crack and melt.

LOW TEMPERATURE RESISTANCE

Cooled at -45°Cfor 3 hours and bent ; Withstand AC 1000 V for 1 min.

FUEL RESISTANCE

Gasoline
60°C×1000 hours

More than 60% retention of tensile strength and elongation after immersing in fuel with such a condition.
